For the owner · SHINEDECK Outdoor Living
I check how hardscape companies show up online, and I ran SHINEDECK today, August 13. Most of what I found is good news, which is why the one gap stands out. Everything is public and every claim has the screenshot next to it.
440 reviews at 4.9. I looked at a hundred hardscape companies this week and that is the strongest reputation in the entire set. You also run 4 ads on Google and, unlike most of your competitors, you actually installed the conversion tag (AW-764542369) and Google Analytics. Somebody did that job properly.

That is exactly why the next part is worth reading.
You are also advertising on Facebook, with a Book Now button.
It sends people straight to your site, which is the right call.

I checked it live, in a clean browser. The Google side is instrumented. The Facebook side has nothing at all.

Which is why your two channels do not look the same from the inside:
Facebook is delivering your ad and never finding out who booked. It keeps optimizing for clicks, because clicks are the only thing it can see. On Google you already know what works. On Facebook you are guessing, with the same money.
The gap is not that the Facebook ad is bad. It is that it will never get better. Meta improves targeting by learning which people converted, and it is receiving nothing to learn from. Six months from now that campaign will be exactly as smart as it is today.
You already proved you understand this, because you did it on Google. This is the same job, on the other half of your spend, and it looks like this:
The point is not telling Meta a lead came in. It is telling it a good lead came in: "this one is an Orlando homeowner who booked a deck, go find me more like that one."
One business day. I do not touch your Google setup, it is already right, and I do not touch your site design.
If it is not working when I hand it over, you do not pay.
You check the data flowing in your own Meta account before any money changes hands. I am not asking you to trust a stranger on the internet, I am asking you to look at the screen.
With 440 reviews and a Google account already measuring properly, you are further ahead than almost everyone in your market. Closing this takes a day. Happy to show you the screenshots live if you would rather see it than read it.

Ads checked in Google's Ads Transparency Center and Meta's Ad Library on August 13, 2026, both public. Tracking checked live on shinedeck.com in a clean browser with no cache and no extensions. Ad libraries show what is live today and do not keep ads that already stopped.
